แอร์พอร์ต เรล ลิงก์ ประกาศแจ้งผู้โดยสารเนื่องจากขณะนี้เกิดเหตุขัดข้องด้านเทคนิคของจุดกลับรถภายในศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงรถไฟฟ้า แอร์พอร์ต เรล ลิงก์ส่งผลให้ไม่สามารถนำขบวนรถออกจากศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อให้บริการได้ครบทุกขบวนตามปกติ ขณะนี้สามารถให้บริการเดินรถชั่วคราวได้เพียง 1 ขบวน โดยมีความถี่ในการเดินรถประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงเหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้โดยสาร ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ อยู่ระหว่างเร่งดำเนินการแก้ไขอย่างเต็มที่ เพื่อให้สามารถกลับมาให้บริการได้ตามปกติโดยเร็วที่สุดเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความล่าช้าในการเดินทาง ขอแนะนำให้ผู้โดยสารพิจารณาใช้บริการระบบขนส่งสาธารณะทางเลือกในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าว จนกว่าสถานการณ์จะกลับเข้าสู่ภาวะปกติแอร์พอร์ต เรล ลิงก์ ขออภัยเป็นอย่างสูงในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้น และขอขอบคุณผู้โดยสารทุกท่านที่ให้ความเข้าใจและความร่วมมือบริษัทฯ จะรายงานความคืบหน้าของสถานการณ์ผ่านช่องทาง Facebook และช่องทางประชาสัมพันธ์ของแอร์พอร์ต เรล ลิงก์ เป็นระยะ หรือทันทีเมื่อมีความคืบหน้าที่สำคัญ เพื่อให้ผู้โดยสารได้รับข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบันPassenger AnnouncementDue to a technical issue affecting the reversing track at the Airport Rail Link Depot, Airport Rail Link is currently unable to operate its full train service.As a result, service has been temporarily reduced to a single train, operating at an approximate frequency of once per hour.This issue does not affect passenger safety in any way.
